 This  Ellipse  is surface mounted where bolts extend through the York stone paving to a below ground concrete foundation. This avoids the use of cover plates but does require a fairly level surface so the bin does nor appear to tilt.  Specifier: Gillespies landscape architects

 This shot shows the surface fixing plate option. Long receiving (female) bolts can bonded into a foundation just below the surface to receive the countersunk (male) bolt. It is essential that the bolts are checked for tightness to prevent the bin from rocking.

 This is the optional Cigarette disposer that is integrated into the right hand leg of the bin. The stubbing plate and hole are cut by CNC water jet to obtain a really crisp finish. There is a 2 litre aluminium receptacle underneath within the leg that can only be emptied when the main bin door is open and liner removed.
